Learn about Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping and how you can learn about historical landmarks in Northeast Ohio.  GIS mapping yields a wealth of information including zoning process, land use and census data.  It is also important for potential buyers so that they understand financing options and what changes are allowed to historic structures.  We will learn about the Cleveland Landmarks Commission, the criteria that considered for designation and how the process starts.  There are many categories of historic preservation  and we will learn how GIS mapping can help your clients in their searches for community development projects.  Instructed by Karl Brunjes, M.A., 1 hour c.e. requested; presented Live Online.
