Ohio City offers an abundance of cultural experiences; public, private and charter schools as well many local businesses and restaurants. Tremont is one of Cleveland's oldest neighborhoods and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Ohio City and Tremont neighborhoods are both excellent examples of walkability. During his career, he has had involvement in all aspects of brokerage, property management investments, development and receivership work. Mr. Browning has an extensive track record of assignments on behalf of corporate, institutional and government clients in markets throughout the country. David joined CBRE, Inc. in 1978. He was a successful office building specialist in Chicago prior to becoming the market leader for the Cleveland CBRE office in 1987. Over the years he has helped to create one of the largest and most diverse commercial real estate organizations in Northeast Ohio. David is an industry leader. He was the 1996 President of the Cleveland Area Board of REALTORS -- now ACAR -- and has served as chairman of the Commercial Council of Ohio REALTORS twice. In 1999, he was President of the Northern Ohio Chapter of NAIOP, served as President of Rotary Club of Cleveland and went through Leadership Cleveland. He is a member of the Real Estate Advisory Group for the Downtown Cleveland Alliance.
