Topics covered will be Fiduciary and Customer Duties as prescribed in ORC 4735 as well as other required Agency Rules and Policy specific to ORC 4735.62. Students will define the elements of misrepresentation and discuss its applications in practice. Also covered will be known risk management techniques.
