This is an exciting new opportunity to bring top-level training directly to ACAR's Board of Directors, Committee leadership, and partner organizations. Participants will learn how to create a strong vision and a well-informed strategy to effectively lead a REALTOR® organization. We are thrilled to welcome 2011 NAR President, Ron Phipps to teach the LEAD Vision course on September 23. This course was developed by REALTOR® leaders for REALTOR® leaders with content including both visionary topics and practical applications such as team building, teaching and mentoring, and authentic communication. The course includes 8 modules and runs approximately 8-hours. Since its launch in November 2020, The Vision Course has received positive reviews and feedback.
