As the demographics of America evolve, so too do the demographics of the marketplace in which real estate licensees must work.

This course discusses and explains cultural changes happening in the United States and how and why licensees will need to learn to develop new skills in dealing with customers and clients who are born outside of the U.S.  This course will explore diversity of cultures, values, beliefs and behaviors, and discuss how to increase out awareness, understanding and tolerance of cultural differences.

Through our discussions about diversity within America, we also learn how many of these skills can be applied to improving our relationships with all Americans in our successful practice of real estate.
