Discover the roots of hoarding, its media portrayal and psychological triggers.  Scott will teach you to assess different levels of hoarding and the impact on the property value and safety.  You will learn to identify hidden damage such as water intrusion, mold, and pest infestations, as well as critical safety concerns like structural concerns, air quality and fire hazards in hoarded homes.  

Hoarding situations can be very sensitive and Scott will guide us through the complexities of selling a hoarded property, offering strategies for handling sensitive situations, damage mitigation and successfully closing the transaction.
